Each decision focuses on scan-first hierarchy: signal, owner, then detail.

    Status hierarchy before detail

    Large floor signals and color-coded states surface urgent conditions (crowd, queue, access) before a reviewer reads tables or logs.

    Ownership stays close to updates

    Activity rows pair each update with a responsible role so the dashboard feels actionable, not just informative.

    Density without clutter

    Panels, typographic rhythm, and consistent spacing keep the interface information-rich, while preserving clear scan lanes on desktop and mobile.
