From your first message to handover

If you have never hired a freelancer to build a website before, this page tells you exactly what happens — five steps, who does what and when, what you need to prepare, how many rounds of changes you get, and how the delivery date is counted. By the end you will know what your money buys.

How a project actually runs

We talk about the brief

Message me on Fastwork or by email. Tell me what your business does, what you want the website to do for you, and roughly what budget you have in mind.

  • I tell you which package fits the job you are describing
  • If the budget will not cover what you want, I say so plainly and tell you what it will cover
  • If the job is not something I should take, I say that too

This step is free and carries no obligation. Ask, then walk away, and you owe nothing.

We agree the job on Fastwork

Once we agree, I open the job on Fastwork with the terms written down. Not a verbal agreement buried in a chat thread.

  • Scope — how many pages, and what is on each one
  • The full price, with nothing added later
  • A delivery window in days, counted from the day I have all your material

Fastwork holds your money until the work is finished and you accept it. It does not reach me before that.

You send me your content

I can build the pages, but I cannot write your business for you. Here is what I need from you.

  • Text — service names, prices, descriptions, contact details
  • Photos — your shop, your products, your team, past work
  • Logo — the original file if you have it, otherwise whatever version you use today

This is the step that slows every project down. Not the design, not the code — almost every project that misses its date misses it because it was waiting on the client's content. To be blunt about it: content that arrives five days late moves the delivery date five days later. I say this before the work starts, because said now it is an expectation we agreed on. Said after the date has slipped, it is an argument.

Design and build

I get to work, and I show you progress along the way. I do not disappear for two weeks and reappear with a finished site.

  • You get a link to look at while the work is in progress
  • Changes are included, up to the number of rounds in your package
  • Collect your notes and send them in one go per round so you do not burn a round on a single tweak

The number of rounds each package includes is in the table below.

Handover

Finished means the site is live and working, not a folder of files you have to find someone else to put online.

  • I put the site live for you, ready to use
  • You get every file, plus a walkthrough of how to edit your own text
  • Free bug fixes for the period covered by your package

A bug fix means something is not behaving the way we agreed it would. Adding something new after handover is a new job.

How long each package takes

Landing Page
฿3,900
5-7 วัน
  • Revisions: 2 รอบ + ฟรีแก้บั๊ก 3 เดือน
  • For a single page built to get people to contact you
Dashboard UI
฿7,900
7-10 วัน
  • Revisions: 2 รอบหลังส่งแบบ
  • For internal screens where the numbers have to be easy to read
Business Website
฿9,900
10-14 วัน
  • Revisions: 2 รอบ + ฟรีแก้บั๊ก 3 เดือน
  • For a multi-page company site that has to carry real detail

Those day counts are my working days, and they start once your material from step 3 is complete — not on the day you hire me. Prices and package terms are quoted in Thai exactly as they appear on the service pages.
