Questions people ask before hiring me

Ten questions clients actually ask before deciding, answered with what I can really do — including the ones where the answer is no. Knowing the limits before we start beats finding them halfway through.

Price, timeline and revision rounds

How much does a website cost?

It starts at ฿3,900 for a single-page site, ฿7,900 for a dashboard design of up to 5 screens, and ฿9,900 for a 3-5 page business website with a basic SEO structure. Anything more complex than that gets quoted before any work begins.

How long does it take?

Landing Page takes 5-7 days, Dashboard UI 7-10 days, and Business Website 10-14 days, counted from the day I have all the copy and images. If the material arrives in pieces, the delivery date moves with it. I confirm a specific date before starting.

How many revision rounds do I get?

Landing Page and Business Website include 2 rounds plus free bug fixes for 3 months. Dashboard UI includes 2 rounds after the design is delivered. A round means one consolidated list of changes, not an endless stream of one-off tweaks. Redirecting the whole design is a new project, not a revision round.

Domain, content and real-world use

Who pays for the domain and hosting?

You do, and both stay registered in your business name. Domain and hosting fees are not included in the package price, because they belong in the hands of the business owner rather than in the developer account. If you do not have them yet, I recommend a provider and set everything up at launch at no extra charge.

Can I edit the content myself after handover?

What I deliver is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript files with no admin panel to log into and type changes. If you are comfortable with code you can edit anything immediately, because the files are entirely yours. But if you expect to change text or swap images often, say so before we start and I will suggest a better fit rather than sell you something that does not match how you work.

Does the site work on mobile?

Every page does, and the phone is the starting point rather than an afterthought. I check each page at 375px wide, a common phone width, and confirm nothing spills sideways and forces horizontal scrolling. Most visitors in Thailand open a site on a phone first.

The questions people hesitate on most

Do you guarantee Google rankings?

No, and nobody can guarantee them honestly. Anyone promising you the top spot is worth walking away from. What I actually do is build the page so Google can read it — h1, h2 and h3 in proper order, page titles and descriptions written around the terms customers really search for rather than the words we like, complete business information, and pages that load fast on a phone. The ranking that follows depends on local competition and time, both outside a developer control.

How does hiring and payment through Fastwork work?

You hire through my Fastwork profile and pay into their system. Fastwork holds the money until you accept the delivered work, and only then does it reach me. Both sides get a record of the agreement and a third party to fall back on if we disagree. Nobody has to transfer money directly before seeing anything.

Do you provide support after handover?

The Landing Page and Business Website packages include free bug fixes for 3 months from the delivery date. A bug means something behaving differently from what we agreed — a form that does not send, a button that goes nowhere, a layout that breaks in a particular browser. Adding content, adding pages or changing the design after that counts as new work and is quoted separately. I do not sell an open-ended monthly retainer, so I never promise upkeep I cannot sustain.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Say so plainly in the first round without worrying about being polite. I share work in progress along the way rather than disappearing and returning with a finished site, so anything off-target shows up while it is still cheap to change. If we genuinely cannot align after talking it through, Fastwork has a dispute process available before the money is released.
